Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Since many of our items are handmade or made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly—but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 1–3 weeks

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Tracking
Free shipping does not include tracking, as a way of keeping shipping costs down. If you upgrade and/or pay for shipping you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way!

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, it’s officially on its journey! If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to assist you 💜
